We act as an external travel function, taking responsibility for the full arrangement rather than handling isolated concierge requests. This includes the structure of the journey, the suitability of each property or supplier, the movement of guests, staff and luggage, the timing between destinations, and the practical details that determine whether the trip works as a whole.

We coordinate around existing aviation, residences, yachts, household staff, security arrangements, assistants and preferred suppliers where these are already in place. Where arrangements need to be built from the beginning, we source the required properties, operators and specialists, then manage how each element connects before and during travel.

Support can be retained, arranged for a specific journey, or brought in for a season or period of increased demand. Our role is to give your office a discreet, flexible travel function with clear ownership from first enquiry through to completion. Who we are

Peregrina Private is a service of Peregrina Travel Limited, a travel planning and coordination company incorporated in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are a data controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. What we collect

This website does not use contact forms, booking tools, or non-essential cookies. It does not collect personal data automatically. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence — including your name, email address, and any information you choose to share — for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, managing the work.

How we use it

Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and to carry out work you have asked us to do. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract where an engagement is agreed. Where we share information with third-party suppliers to arrange travel on your behalf, we do so only where necessary and with your knowledge. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

Retention

Client and booking data is retained for six years from the end of an engagement in line with standard contractual limitation periods. Enquiry data where no engagement followed is retained for up to twelve months and then securely deleted. Financial records are retained for six years in accordance with HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing, request restriction, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@peregrinatravel.com. We will respond within one calendar month. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
